Water activities:
In couple, with friends, family or group, you can enjoy the 10km of beach by practicing sand yachting, longe-côte, kite, traction wing....
For people with reduced mobility, you can also try the handi sand yacht.
The Nautical Base of Notre Dame de Monts welcomes you all year round from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
Fishermen will enjoy it, by line or on foot, clams, pine nuts, shrimps... a feast for dinner!
Sports activities:
Cycling or walking, many walks await you, between sea, dune, forest and marshes! Ask the tourist office of Notre Dame de Monts for more information!
Yawl ride: a small light boat with a flat bottom, the yawl was used by the inhabitants of the marsh to move around. While walking through the marsh, try out this atypical boat too!
