Telephone reception from November to March:
Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
In April, May, June, September and October :
Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. then 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
In July and August:
Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. then 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

At the reception you will find all the useful information for your stay. Among other things: the essential tourist places, details about your accommodation or your camping pitch, the timetable of all the services of the campsite, the price of the options ...

Reception for people with reduced mobility
Our reception is on the same level as the reception desk and is therefore accessible to people with reduced mobility or who have difficulty moving around. Thanks to our lowered counter, the exchange between our teams and the customer is easy.
Our teams are trained to welcome people with disabilities (motor, visually impaired, hearing impaired, psychic). We provide our employees with a reception guide and train them to welcome this public and to master the communication processes to exchange with our customers: reformulation, patience, listening, help with moving, etc.
Welcoming foreign guests
At La Prairie, we are committed to providing a warm welcome to foreign customers. Our team is able to understand, express themselves and communicate in English. Our signage and various communication tools are translated as much as possible so that everyone can understand.
We offer a special welcome with attention to detail such as the loan of a kettle, the sale of quality teas, and adapted opening hours. To qualify our welcome, we have also chosen to adhere to the "WELCOME" label, which allows us to be evaluated according to specific welcome criteria.
