Laundry: A self-service laundry area is available with washing machines (€5 per token), tumble dryer (€4.50 per token) and ironing board.

Electric and classic bike hire: Bikes are available for €7 per half-day, €10 per day and €40 per week. From mountain bikes and VTCs to children’s bikes and baby carriers, there’s something for everyone!

It’s free! Barbecue collective: all you have to do is bring your charcoal and grills…

Sheet rental: You can rent sheets during your stay. Rates: €12 per pair/stay.

It’s free! Baby area The campsite has a baby area with a baby bath and changing facilities. Keys are available on request from reception.

Baby kit: We can rent you the baby equipment (cot + high chair) for €20 per week or just the cot for €15 per week and the high chair for €10 per week.

Ticketing: benefit from reduced rates on many activities in the area!

Disabled access: our entire campsite is accessible to people with reduced mobility: parking lot, snack bar, sanitary facilities, PMR accommodation, play area, swimming pool access ramp.

The 4-star La Prairie campsite team welcomes you at reception every day with a smile!

April, May, June and September:
Monday to Saturday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6pm
Sunday: 10am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 5pm

July and August:
Monday to Saturday: 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Hotline from October to March:
Monday to Friday: 9am to 12:30pm and 2pm to 6pm

At reception, you’ll find all the information you need for your stay. Among other things: the most important tourist attractions, details of your accommodation or campsite pitch, the opening hours of all the campsite services, the price of optional extras, etc.

And as ambassadors for their region, every member of the team is available to give you the best advice for your stay. Stories of Saint Jean de Monts, secret places to discover, gourmet recipes, nothing will be a mystery to you 😉

Reception for PRM

Our reception is on one level, making it accessible to people with reduced mobility or mobility difficulties. Our lowered counter makes it easy for our staff to talk to customers.

Our teams are trained to welcome people with disabilities (motor, visually impaired, hearing impaired, psychic). We provide our employees with a welcome guide and train them to welcome this public and to master the communication processes needed to interact with our customers: rephrasing, patience, listening, help with moving, etc.

Welcoming foreign customers

At La Prairie, we’re committed to welcoming foreign customers with special care and attention. Our team is able to understand, express itself and communicate in English. Our signage and various communication tools are translated as far as possible so that everyone can understand.

We offer a special welcome, with amenities such as a kettle on loan, the sale of quality teas, and convenient opening hours.

To qualify our welcome, we have also chosen to join the “WELCOME ” label, which enables us to be monitored and assessed according to specific welcome criteria.
