As a couple, with friends, family or group, you can enjoy the 10km of beach while practicing sand yachting, longe-côte, kite, traction kite…
For people with reduced mobility (PRM), you can also try your hand at handi sand yachting.
The Notre Dame de Monts nautical base welcomes you all year round, from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm.
The fishermen will have a field day, hooking or trawling for clams, pine nuts and other shrimp… a feast for dinner!
