Reservation
What is the maximum number of guests per accommodation?
For safety and insurance reasons, the maximum number of people allowed in mobile homes must not be exceeded. The maximum capacity of our pitches and mobile homes is 6 people. The Tribu xxl can accommodate up to 10 people.
When booking, you must state the surnames, first names and dates of birth of all occupants (including babies). If you have forgotten to mention a person, please contact us on 02.51.58.16.04.
Is a baby considered a person?
A baby is effectively considered a person in its own right.
How many vehicles are allowed per reservation? Where can I park?
Only one vehicle is allowed per pitch.
The second vehicle may be parked in the campsite parking lot.
What is the tourist tax?
The taxe de séjour is collected on behalf of the communes and may be increased by an additional departmental tax. The tourist tax per day and per person over 18 is 0.66 centimes.
How do I cancel a reservation?
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, please consult our general terms and conditions of sale and contact us on 02.51.58.16.04.
Are pets allowed?
We accept cats and dogs (except category 1 and 2). The maximum weight of your pet must not exceed 12 kilos. Dogs must be kept on a leash at the campsite. Dogs must not be left alone in the accommodation. Authorized pets must be tattooed or chipped. You must bring an up-to-date vaccination certificate and pay a supplement.
Payment
How do I pay for my stay?
You can pay for your stay by credit card, bank transfer, ANCV vacation vouchers and connect.
How do I pay by credit card, cheque or bank transfer?
Your customer area allows you to pay your deposit and balance by secure credit card. You can also contact us on 02.51.58.16.04 and we’ll make the credit card payment over the phone.
If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, you’ll find our contact details at the bottom of your quotation.
When do you have to pay the balance of your reservation?
We must receive payment of the balance of your stay no later than 1 month before the start of your stay.
How can I pay my balance?
If you have booked online: you will receive an e-mail 1 month before your arrival telling you to pay your balance, and you can choose the payment option of your choice.
Otherwise, your customer area allows you to make all your payments by secure credit card, whenever you wish.
Do you accept paper and connect vacation vouchers?
Yes, we accept both paper and connect vacation vouchers. Please send us the models by post, preferably by registered mail.
Are you VACAF approved?
Yes, the campsite is VACAF approved. To make a reservation with a VACAF subsidy, please contact us on 02.51.58.16.04 with your subsidy number and contact details.
Camping
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival and departure times vary according to accommodation type.
-Comfort range: 3pm/10am
-Comfort Plus range “Les Lodges des Dunes”: 4pm/10am
-Premium range “Les Cottages du Littoral”: 4pm/10am
What to do if you arrive outside the times indicated?
For late arrivals, please contact us before your arrival. We have a procedure for independent arrivals.
Why is a deposit required?
You will be asked to pay a deposit for each mobile home via your customer area or on arrival. The amount is €300, of which €200 is for any damage and €100 for any cleaning. The deposit will be returned to you the week following your departure after an inventory of fixtures in the presence of the person in charge. If the housework has not been done, the €100 deposit will be cashed.
Is there Wi-Fi at the campsite?
The campsite has full WiFi coverage. A fee of €2/day – €10/week – €17/2 weeks will be charged for access. You can check in on arrival or at any time during your stay at reception.
What activities are on offer at the campsite? When do they start?
The weekly entertainment schedule for July and August is available on social networks, for the coming week. They are also given to you on arrival. Activities take place exclusively in July and August.
Are daytime activities free? Do I have to register?
Yes, all daytime activities are free, except for the pétanque tournament. Please register in advance at reception, if mentioned on the entertainment program.
What about evening entertainment?
Evenings such as karaoke/dance evenings/concerts/shows are free of charge and require no registration.
Themed meals are subject to payment and registration at the snack bar. For lotto evenings, cards are purchased at the beginning of the evening (2€/1 card/5€ for 3 cards/10€ for 7 cards).
Is the Kids Club fee-based? When is it available?
There is no charge for the kids’ club, but registration is required in advance. You can sign up as soon as you arrive at the campsite, after the welcome drink on Sunday.
The kids’ club is available during the high season, in July and August.
Are swimming shorts allowed in swimming pools? Are caps compulsory?
Access to the pool is reserved for people wearing swimming trunks or boxer shorts, one-piece or two-piece swimsuits, to the exclusion of all other clothing. Bathing caps are not compulsory.
What are the gate times?
Gates are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
The campsite is accessible by means of a personal code provided to you when you check in at reception. If you arrive after the gates have closed, please park your vehicle in the visitor parking lot at the campsite entrance and walk to your pitch. As a reminder:
The speed limit on the campsite premises is 10km/h, and traffic is strictly forbidden between 11pm and 7am, for everyone’s safety and peace of mind.
Is there a bus into town?
From June to September, bus route 568 “La Littorale” serves the towns between Fromentine and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. It stops at the “La Prairie” bus stop, located at the entrance to the campsite. Our commitment to the environment is rewarded by the presence of our bus stop.
Where's the beach?
The campsite is on the edge of a forest, and the beach is on the other side of the forest. You can cross it by a path with an access code (available at reception or in the welcome booklet). The beach can be reached on foot (approx. 15-20 min), by bike or by car (approx. 3 min, free parking at the entrance).
Is equipment available on loan?
Yes, we lend at reception: vacuum cleaner, iron, kettle, hairdryer, ping-pong racket, bicycle repair kit, etc.
Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes, 2 washing machines and 2 dryers are available on the campsite 24 hours a day. Tokens to be purchased at reception.
Do you offer a ticketing service?
Yes, we offer reduced-rate tickets for the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou (book 72 hours in advance), Planète Sauvage, Ile d’Yeu and Explora Parc. Visit our ticketing page.
Accommodation
Is it possible to pitch a tent next to the mobile home or on a pitch?
For safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to pitch a tent on the site.
However, you can rent a bare pitch to pitch a tent.
Is it possible to choose a specific location?
Depending on availability, you can choose a specific location. This must be confirmed at the time of booking, preferably by telephone. Based on your request, we’ll assign you a mobile home as close as possible to your wishes.
Is it possible to book two mobile homes side by side?
Depending on availability, you can book two mobile homes side by side. This must be confirmed at the time of booking, preferably by telephone. The Premium tribe xxl offers 2 mobile homes joined by a connecting terrace.
Are beds equipped with comforters and pillows?
Pillows and comforters are provided in all our accommodations, as are mattress and pillow protectors.
Are sheets and towels provided?
Towels and bed linen are not provided. However, you can rent sheets from the campsite when you make your reservation. The cost is €12 per bed and per stay.
Is your accommodation equipped with a television?
Television is included in all our mobile homes. There is no extra charge.
Does your accommodation have air conditioning?
None of our accommodations have air conditioning.
Can I rent a baby kit?
We offer a range of baby equipment for hire, separately or in kit form (chair, cot, bath).
As stock is limited, it is advisable to reserve it before your arrival, when you make your booking.
For reasons of hygiene, sheets & undersheets are not provided for the cot.
We also provide a baby room in the sanitary facilities, free of charge. For reasons of cleanliness, it is locked. If you wish to use it, please ask for the keys at reception.
Is it possible to install a barbecue on a pitch?
Barbecues are not permitted on the pitches. Large charcoal barbecues are available on the campsite. The Premium accommodations each have their own gas plancha.
Can I leave early in the morning?
Yes, you can leave before reception opens. Please note…to respect the sleep of our guests, the gates only open from 7am. If you wish to leave at dawn, we invite you to leave your vehicle in the outside parking lot and get there calmly on foot.
However, you must inform reception in advance so that we can give you all the information you need to organize your departure.
We remind you that you are responsible for your rental and that the inventory of fixtures will therefore be carried out without your presence.
The rental must be returned in a perfectly clean condition. If this is not the case, we will be obliged to keep your cleaning deposit.
